Kasippu seized from house in Raggahawatta Mahanama Vithanage - Malwana Group Correspondent Over 120 litres of Kasippu was seized from a house at Raggahawatta by Biyagama police on August 31 evening. The house owner arrested in this connection, was produced before Gampaha Additional Magistrate Indika Attanayake and released on bail.
