Begin inserting the lenses with the right eye. Place the lens on the
tip of your index finger. Then place the middle finger of the same hand
close to your lower eyelashes and hold the lower lid down. Pull the
upper eyelid upwards with the middle finger of the other hand. Now look
straight ahead and gently place the lens on your eye.
Release the lids slowly and blink. The lens needs to be centered. If
it is in another area of the eye close your eyelid and gently massage
the lens into place through the eyelid. Repeat the same procedure with
the left eye.
If you need to remove the contact lens, once again make sure that
your hands are clean. See if the lens is centered on your eye and pull
the lower lid down with the middle finger. Look up. Slide the lens to
the lower part of the eye using the forefinger.
Pinch the lens gently between the thumb and forefinger. Gently remove
from the eye. Clean, rinse and place lens in the storage holder. Now
follow the same steps with the left eye.
It may not sound easy but once you get use to it, inserting and
removing contact lens is simple. Safety comes first.

Eyes are very sensitive areas so make sure that your hands are
dirt-free. Follow the advice of an eye care practitioner. Generally
contact lenses should be disposed monthly or daily. There are also
permanent lenses valid for two years.
These are called conventional lenses. "I would recommend disposable
lenses for cosmetic purposes but if you have problems with your vision,
the conventional lenses are most suitable.
