Navy down Sisu SC 8-1
Navy SC recorded a comfortable 8-1 victory over Sisu Sports Club in
their Holcim FA Cup third round game at University ground on Saturday.
N.H.D.P.C. Perera was the star for Navy scoring four goals including a
hatrick while his team mate P.R.J. Nandasiri too played a fine game to
net in two goals for his side.
Jupiters SC too had a easy win against New Sun Rise SC 4-1 at Negombo.
The other teams which fared well over the week end to register wins are
youngsters SC, Java Lane SC and Serendib SC who overcame strong
opposition from Maya SC.
