The Veterans Table Tennis Association 'A' team clinched the All
Island Inter-Club 'B' Division League Table Tennis Championships
recently.
The Veterans Table Tennis Association 'A' team comprising Dr. G.N.
Lucas (Captain), M.M.M. Laffeer, Rajiva Wijetunge and Sarath Wijesooriya.
The veterans Table Tennis Association team overcame Maliyadeva T.T.
Club (3-2 matches), St. Anthony's TT Club, Kandy, (3-0), I and D Table
Tennis Club by 3 matches to 1.
Dr. G.N. Lucas did not lose a single match, M.M.M. Laffeer beat
Prabodhana Rodrigo who ranked 16 in the Men's Singles.
All Island Inter-Club League Table Tennis Championships - 2009 was
conducted by the Butterfly Sports Club, Colombo.
