Seminar on Customer Care Munshif Hussain, Country Manager - Training of Marketing Technologies International (MTI), conducted a training program recently on "Customer Care Through Personal Effectiveness" for the management and staff of Villa Ocean View, Wadduwa. Mr. Hussain, a specialist PET (Personal Effectiveness Trainer) with over 200 training programs to his credit in South Asia, designed and presented this interactive training program specially for the management and staff of Villa Ocean View Hotel. Department Heads, Junior Executives, Supervisors and Frontline staff were present. The seminar covered several topics ranging from the "Many Requirements of Customers to Service Enhancement". Mr. Hussain also dealt with the subject of modern technology being used to enhance customer requirements and gave numerous examples. |
