The Ratnapura district UNP Candidate Sarath Wijaya Gunawardana addressing a meeting at Batalakotuwa, Kahawatta said that time has come to teach a good lesson to the PA Government.

He said, the President has no plans to end the war and failed in the negotiation bid. She also had no answer to the present economic ills plaguing the country, he said.

Siripala Keriella, Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council member, said that the youth of this country are eagerly waiting to topple the present Government which had betrayed the trust they placed in it, in 1994.
