Two more stock broking companies have opened branch offices at the Matara ISC. Currently only two broking companies operate branch offices at the ISC. MMBL Phillip Stockbrokers and HNB Stockbrokers have been associated with the ISC since its inception in 1999. MMBL however has been maintaining a branch office in Matara since 1992. From November 2001, SC Securities (Pvt) Ltd and DP Global Securities (Pvt) Ltd have established branch offices at the ISC. It is expected that with addition of two more stock broking companies, the activity at the Matara ISC will increase.

The ISC at Matara has seen increased activity int he recent past with increased levels of turnover. The following will operate branch offices at the ISC.

. SC Securities (Pvt) Ltd
. DP Global Securities (Pvt) Ltd
