Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickremanayake, in a condolence message to mark the passing away of comedian Samuel Rodrigo, said the late artiste had the outstanding ability to entertain his audiences through his humour and satire.

He has also said that the late Rodrigo's humour was without sarcasm and insult and that his death has created a void which cannot be filled.

Prime Minister has offered his sympathies to Mrs Rodrigo and children.
